- How far in advance should I book my wedding date?
To ensure availability, it is recommended that Brides] reserve their bridal hair vendor 6 to 12 months ahead of the wedding date - especially dates reserved for peak wedding season (May-Oct). Once the Bride has confirmed the wedding date and secured their venue, then would be the perfect time to book a bridal hair vendor!
- Is there a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the prospective wedding date. Because a limited number of inquiries are accepted each season, this retainer ensures your date is exclusively held for you and is no longer available for future bookings.
- How many services are you able to accommodate?
Routine accommodations include services for parties of 4 max in addition to the Bride.
Parties exceeding a service number of 5 require the addition of a second stylist for an additional cost and is handled case dependent on contractor availability.
- Can additional services be added after booking?
Yes! Additional services may be added after the initial booking, subject to availability, and will be reflected via and updated service quote. Once an additional service has been confirmed and added to your reservation, it becomes part of the contractual agreement and cannot be removed or deducted from the balance due.
- How do I begin my inquiry process?
Getting started is easy! Complete the bridal inquiry for with your wedding details to include a date, venue, and estimated service count. All inquiries received are carefully reviewed and responded to promptly with availability. Inquiries responded to with availability are provided a customized proposal outlining the requested services, pricing, and next steps for booking.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Because your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you and your bridal party, all booking fees and payments made toward your reservation are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, any remaining balance due will be handled in accordance with the terms outline in our Bridal Service Agreement.
